PRODUCT AND SERVICE

Waymino is a silicone band that, when you hold a compatible phone near it, opens your personal space of Camino memories: photos, videos, notes by stage and a final memory video. No app needs to be installed. The digital service is included in the price of the band for the whole lifetime of the service. Waymino is a personal keepsake of the journey; it is not an official document and does not replace any pilgrim formality.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in euros including VAT. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before you confirm the order. Payment is processed securely through the store's payment gateway.

FOUNDERS EDITION

The Founders Edition is a single batch of 200 numbered units. Orders ship within 48 working hours of payment confirmation. If for any reason we can't meet that time, we'll let you know by email and you can choose to wait or cancel with an immediate full refund.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands free of charge, to the European Union for €8.99 and to other available countries for €12.99. For now we don't ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. See the Shipping policy for details.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND 30-DAY GUARANTEE

You have fourteen calendar days of legal withdrawal from receipt, without giving a reason. We also offer a voluntary thirty-day commercial guarantee. See the Returns and refunds policy for the full procedure and the withdrawal form.

LEGAL GUARANTEE

All products carry a three-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery. If the band has a manufacturing defect, we repair it, replace it or refund you. It doesn't cover normal wear or damage from misuse.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLAINTS

Write to hola@waymino.com; we reply within 72 working hours at most. As a consumer, you can also go to the public consumer services of your region or to accredited alternative consumer dispute resolution bodies.

APPLICABLE LAW

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts that are competent under consumer law.
