Shipping policy

WHERE WE SHIP AND HOW MUCH IT COSTS

Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: free shipping.

European Union: €8.99.

Other available countries: €12.99.

For now we don't ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. We're finalising shipping terms for those destinations. If you live there and want a band, write to hola@waymino.com and we'll let you know as soon as we can.

WHEN YOUR ORDER SHIPS

The bands are in stock in O Porriño. Every order ships within 48 working hours of payment confirmation.

If for any reason we can't meet that time, we'll email you and you choose: wait, or cancel with an immediate full refund, no questions asked.

HOW IT SHIPS

We ship from O Porriño (Galicia) with Correos, with tracking. When your order ships you'll get an email with the tracking number.

The courier's delivery times start counting from dispatch.

WRONG ADDRESS OR UNDELIVERED PARCEL

Please check your address carefully when ordering. If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address or because it wasn't collected in time, we'll resend it with the new shipping cost paid by you, or refund the product minus the shipping already made.

If the parcel is lost in transit, we claim it from the courier and replace your order at no cost to you.
