RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

At Waymino we want you to feel at ease with your purchase.

You have 30 days to return it. By law you have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw without giving any reason. We extend that period to 30 calendar days from receipt.

You don't have to justify it. No reason or explanation needed.

How to do it. Write to hola@waymino.com with your order number and say you want to return it. We'll reply with instructions and the return address. You can also use the official withdrawal form, although it isn't required.

Condition. The band must come back complete and in a condition to be sold again. You can try it on, just as you would in a shop; the return doesn't cover wear beyond checking that it suits you.

Return shipping cost. The cost of sending the product back is paid by the buyer.

When we refund you. We refund the full price of the product, plus the original standard shipping if any, within 14 calendar days of your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used. We may wait until we have received the product back, or until you show us you have sent it.

You can cancel it at any time before it ships, with a full refund and no conditions. Write to hola@waymino.com.

The 30 days start counting when you receive the band.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If it arrives defective or damaged, write to hola@waymino.com with a photo and your order number. We'll replace it or refund you, your choice, at no shipping cost to you. This is separate from the 30-day return: the legal guarantee of conformity is three years from delivery.
